Born and bred from Spanish parents in Cologne (Germany), I then studied there and founded my professional career in various sectors there before I moved to Barcelona in 2003 – I needed sunlight! There, I first committed to a multinational engineering company, before I then moved on to coordinating superlative TV and sports events (one of my specialities since 1997). And I learnt Catalán.
In mid 2011, I settled down in Mallorca as I had been longing for a calmer and more holistic lifestyle. The market very quickly showed me the demand for multilingual concierges amongst property owners with a second residence on the island – a demand for someone who would coordinate all tasks in and around the house, who would think for two and work independently and with a high sense of motivation, ensuring an excellent functioning of the respective property during the owners’ absence. And offering them solutions all the time in order for them to enjoy their stay here without having to look after all matters themselves.
This service concept perfectly suited my personality and my holistic profile, so I decided to make it my current living. My professional experience throughout the past 25 years (Public Relations, Marketing, New Business Development, Sales, Human Resources/Recruitment, Executive Assistance, Event Organisation, Personal Coaching) reconfirmed my decision.
In addition, my experience with VIPs also looks back on a 20 years background, therefore the highest discretion and high class manners can be taken for granted.
Business Philosophy
Considering the variety of responsibilities all along my professional career so far and the resulting continuous dealing with clients, I easily and rapidly recognize their necessities and requirements, and therefore I react instantly and always in a budget-oriented manner. Each wish of a client is important and each client also has specific ideas about how his wishes are to be realized. This requires active listening and the love for detail in the process of realization.
